Emergency Response and Disaster Management Plan (ERDMP)
Emergency response and disaster management plans are designed to help employees respond to unexpected events, like earthquakes, fires, or floods. They also help companies prepare for expected events like hurricanes and tornadoes. These plans include instructions on how to evacuate the office and how to keep employees safe when they return to work. Emergency response and disaster management plans should be reviewed annually by all employees.
Our ERDP Services are:
1) Oil Terminal

3) Cross Country Pipelines
4) LPG Installations

An Effective Plan includes:
-A list of all employees and their roles in an emergency or disaster situation
-The locations of all facilities and equipment
-The contact information for key personnel (including outside vendors)
-A system for communicating with each other during a disaster/emergency
Emergency response and disaster management plans are plans that are designed to guide a company through the response to an emergency, such as a fire or a flood.
These plans should be updated regularly, at least once per year, so that they are up-to-date with current information. They should also be reviewed by all employees who may need to implement them in the case of an emergency.
The Plan will include sections on:
What constitutes an emergency (for example, if someone calls in sick or the building loses power)
The steps taken to assess the situation and evaluate its severity
The appropriate response to each type of emergency (for example, evacuation or sheltering in place)
After a disaster has occurred, it’s important to immediately assess damages and begin damage control procedures. This can include contacting insurance companies or government agencies for assistance with cleanup efforts.
The main objective of this plan is to reduce the loss of lives and property by providing timely support to those affected by any kind of disaster. It also helps in minimizing the damage caused by a disaster.
A Disaster Management Plan should include:
A description of what constitutes an emergency or disaster
A list of the types of emergencies that you might encounter
An outline of your organization's response to each type of emergency
Procedures for notifying employees, customers, and others about emergencies.
Procedures for reporting injuries or illnesses
